        TAKE THE OATMEAL TEST!    

The “Oatmeal Test” is simple and easy to do.  It cannot lie.  It’s really proof!  Yes, you can test any enzyme formulation this way!  If the oatmeal doesn’t break down into a liquid in less than a minute, that enzyme formulation will not be very effective in helping with the digestive process. 

How it Works:   Cook up a one serving size bowl of oatmeal (instant is okay--equal parts oatmeal to water) preferably in a drinking glass.
